If your knuckles are not that dark, neoprosone gel/cream and a high hydroquinone cream would work for you if you focus only on your knuckles and not your whole hand, if your knuckles are really dark and thick you can do a chemical peel like lactic acid or glycolic acid first and then mantain it by applying neoprosone gel/cream and hydroquinone cream.

What @EbonyNY said is right, it is important that you don't apply the cream on your whole hand, only on your knuckles. And if you do a chemical peel on them you need to apply a high hydroquinone cream to maintain it, I don't think neoprosone gel alone would help. You can layer it with caro white and apply it every single day or else it would go dark again.

You have two options, you can layer a high hydroquinone cream like caro white on it since it absorbs/dry into your knuckles very fast then apply your neoprosone gel or cream.
Option 2
Or If you have access to peels and want faster result, you can do a glycolic acid or lactic acid peel every night for a week and then layer your carowhite / neoprosone gel cream on it.

The best way to apply the creams is to put it on the tip of your finger and rub it on your knuckles
Something like this

Apply an ample amount when applying the neoprosone gel and caro white cream

Can hydroquinione really lighten dark knuckles? I heard a lot of mixed reviews. Has anyone had success with it personally? I was thinking of trying carotone serum.
I really love this forum and I'm new

If your knuckles are very dark and the skin their is thick! Hydroquinone might not work on it but it can maintain lightened knuckles. Mistake people make is lightening their whole hand and making their knuckles look darker.
@momo the skin on your knuckles don't look thick so it should be easy to lighten it.
